.Automation Tester

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our applications.
• Perform ADA compliance testing to ensure our applications are accessible to all users.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Work closely with the QA team to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in testing and ADA compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in manual and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
