Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International US Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales, with a strong understanding of the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a keen understanding of sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Appointment Setting
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase our IT services and solutions.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the US market.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales strategies and approaches.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in sales training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Share best practices and insights with the sales team to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT services or a related industry.
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts for the North American Market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and IT services landscape.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and data analytics services.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
