We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing various tasks to ensure the successful execution of our business development strategy. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in achieving our growth targets and enhancing our market presence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Oversee market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential markets and customer needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
  • Manage contract negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and build professional relationships.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the organization and external partners.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in business development or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
