Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Software Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of lead generation and deal closures in the North American market, particularly with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), System Integrators, and Digital Agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, including ISVs, System Integrators, and Digital Agencies, to build a robust sales pipeline for our Product Engineering Services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the North American market, focusing on software services sales.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Deal Closure: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team. Proven experience in closing deals worth at least USD 1M is essential.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in Software Services, specifically in Product Engineering Services.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing deals worth at least USD 1M in the North American market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software services landscape, particularly within ISVs, System Integrators, and Digital Agencies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
