Role & responsibilities

 

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Career Management platform, BDM will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our CM platform through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue generation. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and executing initiatives to enhance the platform's market presence.

 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the educational skilling sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
