Job Description

FinnovationZ is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and manage our team responsible for demat account sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in the sales of demat accounts, and a proven track record of driving business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the expansion of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives focused on acquiring new demat account clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the financial services industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive demat account sales.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to demat accounts and financial services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on demat accounts or financial services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the financial markets and demat account operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
