Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of cloud services and data analytics, experience in the staffing industry, and a proven ability to manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the cloud, data analytics, and staffing sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

End-to-End Sales Process:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads and assess client needs to ensure alignment with our solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on cloud and data analytics solutions.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the staffing division to identify and place skilled professionals in client organizations.
  • Market and Industry Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the cloud, data analytics, or staffing industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.*Strong understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data analytics solutions.
  • Experience in the staffing industry, with a solid network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
