Ample SofTech Systems is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong foundation in Python programming, SQL, and Desktop Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Python Development:
- Write, test, and maintain Python scripts to automate tasks and processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Python code into various applications.
- Debug and optimize Python scripts for better performance.
SQL Database Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, procedures, and scripts.
- Manage and optimize database performance, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Desktop Support:
- Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment and applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with desktop support, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell).
