Our Firm is expanding, and we need a Fresher/Experienced candidate to join us! As a Sales Engineer, youll need a Two Wheeler to move daily in Industrial Area for promoting our products, self-starter who loves working on field, we need you!
- Act as the technical expert in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand and articulate the technical aspects of products or services to potential clients.
- Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Customer Needs Analysis:
- Work with customers to identify their technical requirements and business needs.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to gather information and provide customized solutions.
- Proposal and Solution Development:
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including detailed specifications, technical documentation, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to develop and refine solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.
- Sales Process Management:
- Support the sales team in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product features and benefits.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure successful implementation and address any ongoing needs.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product management teams to align strategies and solutions.
