Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving technical sales, promoting our products, and effectively demonstrating their value to customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, proven sales experience, and the ability to provide technical support to customers when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Raw lead generation and active follow-ups till conversion including Inside Sales, new customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Generate sales revenue and maintain existing client relations for repeat orders.
  • Coordination with Digital Marketing team in expanding the reach of the organization.
  • Executing End to End Sales Process including Lead Generation, Understanding Problem Statement, Developing Feasibility Report, and Solution Concept Pitch to Clients, Proposal Generation and Final Negotiations.
  • Developing Proposals, Company Profile and other Marketing Materials like Mailers, Brochures, Product Profiles for All Product Verticals
  • Developing and/or maintaining business relations with new and existing clients
  • Building an accurate and effective database of current and potential customers
  • Calling and visiting client offices to discuss our offerings with them
  • Understanding of market and basic price structure of company's product.
  • Developing Channel Partner Model in the Company Followed By On Boarding, Training, Policy Making and Closing the Deals Through Channel Partners
  • Willingness to Travel based on requirements.
  • Locate & Visit new potential clients and Following up on previous customers for potential sales.

Qualification Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Diploma/Engineering (Any Specialization).
  • Understanding on machine vision solution is an asset
  • Forecast and close the opportunities with end users
  • Effectively demonstrate the products to customers
  • Willingness to travel in the assigned territory
  • Ability to Install a machine and train the operators if required
  • Provide the technical support to customers whenever required

  • B2B Product Sales, IT Solution Sales in South India
  • Excellent Communication in English, Hindi and Tamil (Tamil is not mandatory if you are good in Hindi)
