Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enhance our customer service and sales processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging Salesforce's capabilities to optimize and customize our CRM system for improved efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to meet the specific needs of our organization, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and processes.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and solution architects to design and document Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Service Cloud Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Service Cloud to design and implement robust case management, knowledge base, and customer support solutions.
  • Sales Cloud Expertise: Utilize your Sales Cloud knowledge to enhance lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales automation processes.
  • Apex and Visualforce: Develop custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to extend Salesforce's capabilities as needed.
  • Integration: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless information flow.
  • Data Management: Maintain data quality and integrity by designing and implementing data migration, cleansing, and deduplication strategies.
  • Testing and Deployment: Perform thorough unit testing, assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployments between Salesforce environments.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and system architecture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement enhancements to our Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce automation tools, workflows, and process builder.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and database design principles within Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and middleware platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
