- Are you a ServiceNow expert with a passion for Configuration Management Database (CMDB)? We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Consultant to join our team and help drive our customer's IT operations to the next level. If you have hands-on experience with ServiceNow and CMDB, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the ServiceNow CMDB to improve data accuracy and service visibility.
- Integrate CMDB with various IT processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management.
- Develop and maintain CMDB policies, standards, and procedures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure CMDB meets business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot CMDB issues and provide continuous improvement strategies.
- Conduct data analysis, mapping, and transformation to enhance CMDB data quality.
- Support ITSM processes through CMDB best practices and optimization.
Key Skills Required:
- ServiceNow CMDB Implementation & Management
- Experience with ITIL Processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Strong knowledge of CI (Configuration Item) Classes, Relationships, and Data Models
- Discovery and Integration (ServiceNow Discovery, IntegrationHub, etc.)
- Service Mapping & Business Service Management
- Automation of CMDB Processes using Workflows and Scripts
- Data Analysis and Data Integrity Management
- Experience with Asset Management and ITSM Tools
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant with a focus on CMDB.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
