Job Description

As a Senior Sales person, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our process automation product. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals with key players in the Manufacturing,Field Service, Construction, Supply Chain, and Logistics sectors. Your expertise and dedication will be rewarded with attractive recurring incentives, providing significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the Manufacturing, Field Service,Construction, Supply Chain, and Logistics sectors through various channels.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our process automation software.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform sales strategies and product development
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in Enterprise Asset Maintenance, Field Service Management, or Manufacturing ERP/Automation SaaS products.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Manufacturing, Field Service, Construction, Supply Chain, and Logistics industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
