Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the educational sector. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and willing to meet clients on-site when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the education sector (schools, colleges, and other institutions).
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of PHN's products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project handovers.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, with accurate client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar sales role.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the education technology sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven convincing power to close deals and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different client environments.
